ROOTED is a discipleship conference designed to help individuals and families become firmly grounded in Christ and established in their faith.
Inspired by Colossians 2:6-7, ROOTED brings people together through worship, biblical teaching, authentic community, and practical discipleship, equipping us to follow Jesus faithfully in every area of life.
ROOTED doesn't end when the weekend does.
It's about putting down deep roots, standing firm in truth, and bearing lasting fruit for years to come.

ROOTED Essentials
Who is ROOTED for?
ROOTED is designed for anyone who desires to grow deeper in Christ. Whether you've been following Jesus for years, are new to the faith, or are simply exploring Christianity, you'll find biblical teaching, worship, and practical encouragement for everyday life.
When is the conference?
ROOTED will take place Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 8, 2026 at Sardis Baptist Church in Indian Trail, NC.
Is childcare available?
Yes! Childcare will be provided at no additional cost for registered attendees. Our church will provide a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment so parents can fully engage in the conference.
Will food be provided?
Yes. Snacks will be provided on Friday evening. Snacks and lunch will be provided and Saturday. The children in childcare will receive snacks and meals as well.
What should I bring?
Bring your Bible, a notebook, and a heart ready to learn. We also recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket, as November temperatures can be cool while moving between buildings.
What should I wear?
Dress is casual. Come comfortable and ready to worship, learn, and connect with others. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.
Can I attend if I'm not a member of Sardis Baptist Church?
Absolutely! ROOTED is open to our church family, neighboring churches, and anyone looking to grow deeper in Christ. We'd love to welcome you.
Can I attend just one day?
Yes. While we encourage you to experience the entire weekend, you're welcome to attend whichever sessions your schedule allows. Your registration grants access to the full weekend, even if you can't attend every session; however, there are no discounted ticket rates for partial attendance.
Will there be a detailed schedule?
Yes! A complete conference schedule, including speakers and session details, will be released closer to the event.
How much does it cost?
Registration information, ticket options, and pricing can be found on our registration page you see when you click to purchase a ticket.
Is the conference family-friendly?
Yes. ROOTED is intentionally designed with the whole family in mind. Childcare is available for children 12 years old and younger, and the conference encourages attendees 13 years old and up to grow together in Christ.
Will the sessions be recorded?
While ROOTED is designed as an in-person experience, and we encourage attendees to join us for the full weekend, select sessions may be recorded and shared after the conference. More information will be provided closer to the event.
